Looks like the heater mounting bracket to me
Takes a pair of these to mount the heater under the dash
Prettu sure I have some
Moss may have them

The SPC calls it a "stay, fascia panel to battery box", P/N 601939.
I don't know of anyone reproducing them, but used originals should be easy to come by. They rarely fail or get damaged.
