car is supposedly rust free. New paint, new interior and a 1000cc engine instead of the 850cc.

Looks clean in the photos and I have not seen in person yet.

Tough call. Price/value depends on a lot of things.

How many miles on the drive train? How well does it run? How much oil does it burn/leak? Overall mechanical condition? How well does it drive/handle? Does it have the original 2-leading shoe brakes, or have they been upgraded? Is the new paint covering old rust? (Remember, "rust free" in a Mini simply means that there's no extra charge for the rust.

But......from what little information as you've given us....a very ballpark estimate of from $5000 to $7500
