What hub puller tool works well for the front hub?

I'm replacing the front disc rotors on my '65 Midget and so need to remove the front hubs. Haynes recommends using a hub extractor or puller. What sort might work? Is that the only option (albeit it's probably the easiest).

Thanks!

I don't have an extractor and am pretty sure I just needed a big screwdriver and a dead blow hammer.
