What happened to the DMH Museum at VIR?

What happened to the DMH Museum at VIR? I just saw on their website that it was being relocated to Europe. There was a big announcement in 05 that it was set to open in 07. 2 years to create something that lasted less than 3 years smells afoul. Sounds like it will not be returning. I wonder about all the contributions from folks here in the US and how they feel about it going overseas.

There was a big article about it in the AHCUSA magazine Sept/Oct 2009.
In a nutshell, the gentleman who started the whole project ran into typical
building permit issues, politics, etc and then the economic downturn in the
building industry in 2008 along with founder's divorce resulted in a lack of
funds to add future stuff or the going forward with construction. He sold the
Cunnigham Silverstone and the Rolls Healey to a 100S owner in Switzerland
and everything else was shipped over there for a possible continuation of
the project by the 100S owner. I have just paraphrased the article so if anyone is interested in more info, get hold of the above issue as a whole lot more to the whole article.

Regards,
Mike

Am I correct to understand that this Dutch project will not include any of the Alan Cassavant items that were packed up and shipped to Switzerland? However there have been items donated by Margo Healey that had been Geoff's on display at the Dutch location.

Does this mean that there could actually be 2 Healey museums sometime in the future?
