just purchased healey 100-six yea a bit hard starting like my bugeye.. the oil looked a bit low and dirty so i was wondering what grade people are runnung in thier 6 cylinder motors

Bugeye hard starting? Should not be. Drove one to work everyday for 28 years, never a miss and always started first pull.

Somethings wrong.

Hi Ramajon,It appears that a good grade of 20/50 oil is what most prefer to use in the cars.---Fwiw---Keoke
