Nothing on a Bugeye. Maybe PDO for something.
 
If memory serves me correctly that's the same location as a Midget transmission mount bolt hole isn't it? Guess BE's have a different mount option.
 
That is (IIRC) the hole for mounting the hood release.
 
Install that interior panel and cable before the engine if possible.
