What else to grab

Calipers, brackets and rotors come off easily.

Rather than take apart the trunion on the lower a-arm which can be a problem,,,just remove the inner screws on the a-arms the tie rod ends, and the 3 screws on the shocks and the whole assy comes right off.

The rack comes out easy and so does the radiator and the master....or the whole pedal box. a small bolt cutter is invaluable in the diassembly of things.

I would not leave that behind.......

**********BTW...I can use a pair of lower a-arm spring mounts if that is surplus to your operation.

I was just rereading your list of parts to keep and one that you need to be sure to keep is that triangular bracket on the exhaust pipe that bolts to the exhaust manifold. These get lost easily and are often hard to find new.

Bill, someone did mention that little bracket earlier, and I do have it (along with the manifold and entire exhaust pipe).

Jerry, I'll have to re-read your explanation in the morning when I'm not so tired. I'll be attacking the MG all day on Friday, so any tips on disassembly are welcome.
