What does this column switch do? I haven't found it in the Driver's Handbook, and does not seem to affect any of the exterior lights or dash lights. It is available as a replacement part on an Ebay search, so I would imagine it has a purpose. Does anyone know? Picture attached.

Looks like an aftermarket switch. It might be for turning the OD on or off if the stalk switch is not working.

Trace the wiring from that switch, and try to find what it's connected to. Agree with Paul - aftermarket switch

Phazers or Shields, more likely the latter.

The Midget never came from the factory with an overdrive. If it has one, it was modified by a previous owner.
