I'm starting to put things back together on the GT6+, at this point the completely reconstructed heater box. When I took it off the car there was a caulk-like sealer that was on the foam seals that went between the bulkhead & the heater box (fan opening, coolant in / out). I haven't found anything in my online searches for this application. I've thought of things like RTV and silicon caulking. Leaning more towards the RTV. What do you use?

I use a light film of contact adhesive on the bulkhead. Just where the ring contacts. All it does is keep the ring located until you get the box installed.
