Yout, what's a yout??

A yout is what you were when you were young................

and had some hair to run a comb through.

I was actually thinking of the courtroom scene in "My Cousin Vinnie"...starts at about 1:10 in the video...

I recognized the quote, Art. And the "yout" remark was intentionally done as reference to it.

"Since it was Columbus day"

What... that some big ref holiday?

On the contrary don... there were so many Columbus Day tournaments that there were just no refs. A couple of tournaments in Philly, Central PA, the DC area, Richmond...
Too many teams, not so many refs.

The wife and I had an interesting weekend. Flew back to the Boston area for my 20th HS reunion. It was the first time I'd been back there in 20 years. Rented a Camaro which was fun on the highways, rubbish everywhere else.

Also managed to get to the Cape Cod British Car Club show. Had a great time there!

Interesting thing about that holiday.
On the east coast it is celebrated with a lot more attention.
Here in Washington it is hardly spoken of ,cept the occasional store add.

That's because Columbus made it to the east coast don and not the west coast... sheeesh.

Columbus is the street Carol Doda performed on. I'm glad they had a day for her. Bout time! :thirsty:

Not me but, it is what I do and what I did today. Now can you tell me what this veterinarian (Dr Ostrum) has to do with a certain 1970's British based classic film?

Glad I went thru "Duck and Cover" exercises in th' '50's as a gradeschooler.

Won't help if there's a direct hit but...

Oh, bother.

Anyone else have a Pollyanna view of history?
