What body type? Lenham? Sebring?

I believe that the Speedwell front on the website is one of the early alloy ones, which may differ in minor respects from the fibreglass version, each alloy one being handmade. Plus it is worth remembering that many individual fibreglass fronts have been customised over the years, which I suspect is what has happened to yours, with the indicator plinths. The front was originally designed for racing in the late fifties when indicators were not standard.

Having seen several Speedwell fronts "in the flesh" I am fairly confident from the angle of the curve and the shape and position of the air intake that your front, if not an original contemporary Speedwell Monza (which would have been made by either W&P or by Classic Car Crafts on sub-contract, current evidence points to each having a set of moulds), it has certainly been taken at some point from a mould of the Monza front. W&P continued to offer these Monza fronts up to 1973 after Speedwell stopped doing so, and Fibresports subsequently continued to do so in the 70s and 80s (incidentally they still own the original set of Monza moulds used by W&P and could be persuaded to take them out of storage), and it is likely that the CCC set of moulds continued in use through the 70s. And then various people have taken their own moulds from original cars in recent years, like Archers. So your front could actually be later than the Lenham Coupe rear.

The Speedwell Monza front was designed by the famous British sports car designer Frank Costin circa 1959, and the Lenham Coupe rear was available in the early sixties I believe. They seem to have stopped offering it when they introduced the Le Mans rear with windows around 1965 ish, I believe, but am open to correction - John Shep of the Lenham Spridget Register in Australia would know.
