Th' Hovel withstood the onslaught. Still have residual "bands" of high wind and sideways rain, but the worst is over for us here. The next high tide will be devastating to Tampa Bay "edge dwellers" though. We've tornado watches around the area, so far they've been mostly inland, surprisingly.

Even now, before high tide, the University of Tampa has water approaching their main building downtown. Unprecedented. Folks don't realize just how big Tampa Bay is.

Oh wow, UT my alma mater. Hard to imagine water on their campus.

We were pleased we didn't lose power and that the BCF server was up the whole time. (y)
