If we get the money (and that's a BIG if), I'm buying the new matress and box springs we've needed for a few years.
My back's killin me.
I should pay down some debts... but we'll see

I plan to make a down payment on new sewer pipes in my backyard! Turns out the sewage pipe they laid 45 years ago is basically just Orange cardboard and has collapsed under the years of tree roots and dirt. Now I get the joy of having my entire backyard dug up and new pipes laid (NOT covered by home owner's BTW) and I guess my rebate plus my husband's bonus this year will just about cover it. I ain't gonna spend it (or even think about spending it) until I get it...and then try and keep it away from SWMBO.

Is this how "The Magic of the Market Place" is supposed to work? You get a bunch of greedy pigs selling to the gulible, then the excrement hits the fan and we / government have to bail everyone out?

Well I generally get 2K back...
But this year it is only 1K...

Oh-yea...Then the 600 that they so kindly are "gifting" me.
(That still makes me 400 short of what I was expecting)

Think I'll spend it on a couple rear tires & some Turbo Blue.
