What are the Shed hours?

I have been wondering if there are fixed hours for the Shed? I don't know if it has been tried before but like Tues, Thurs and Sunday nights opening at 8pm EST. might work. Just an idea......

Alan and the good Dr. have the keys to that place. I think they store their malts in there.

It's usually beer or tequila in that place...
