If all else fails, go to an auto parts or a cheapy tool store and get a set of these. They are wheel lug pattern templates. The blue one is metric and the red one is inch.
Slap them on your wheel, and you will be able to read off what the pattern is. Probably about 3 bucks or so apiece.
