Wet sandblasting - anyone done it ?

Hi

I was thinking of buying a trailer mounted sandblaster just to have one when I needed it ,

I talked to someone today who said he had used a high pressure washer with a sand blast nozzle on it ,

3000 psi water and the sand gets sucked into the mix ,

A google search shows that this is a pretty normal process,

Have any of you used this ??

Pluses - minuses or forgret it ?

I would like to be able to sand blast the areas I am working on (and not the whole body at once) and not have to drag the body shell over to the sand blaster,

Don't understand how that works, but doesn't water on untreated bare metal cause rust? Harbor freight sells a couple kinds of sandblasters: I use the one with a hopper to put the sand in. It's very portable as long as you're near a compressor. They also sell a small one with a pistol grip to work small areas. I bought one but haven't used it yet.
