Went to Autozone.....

Reminds me of a joke.
A young guy that worked in a gas station didn't know much a foreign cars but wanted to appear like he knew them. A friend of his told him that they usually have the name on the wire wheel knock off. Next time a foreign roadster came in he walked up to it took a quick look at the knock off and casually asked the driver "Sooo, what year Undo is this?".

Gawd that makes me feel old, tk.

Waaay back in the mid-eighties we had a client with a convertible Interceptor. Top hydraulics were Chrysler and the electrics controlling that lot were Lucas. More relays in the boot of that thing than Carter has pills.

What a Doozie.

:jester: :smirk:
Reminds me of the 1960 T-Bird a local guy calls me to fix every once in a while. It's got that bank of solenoids in the trunk to make the convertible top and rear decklid all work automatically. I've swapped out the relays, replaced the hydraulic lines, and rebuilt the pump for him over the years. Usually get a call around this time in the spring to get it working after it's sat all winter.

How many phrases can you put in there Doc?! You're the Real McCoy .
76 here. but could probably at least get the manufacturer of most American cars back to the 20s. and a lot of Foreign stuff that was mass produced (To many small manufacturers to know even a decent portion of them)
But, as anyone will tell you I tend to walk against the grain of my generation.
