My truck was filthy! I was out running errands and decided to take it to a car wash. I had not done that in years. It made me think of my childhood. No one in our neighborhood would have gone to a car wash. Number one, we never had new cars, but also, we would not have spent money on something you can do yourself. Today, we have more spending money and I did not feel too bad about spending $25 to get my truck wash and wax. It looks great now, but it does get parked outside all the time so the dust builds up.
Even though it made me feel guilty, it was money well spent. It was funny watching the women who did the cleaning. She was not even as tall as the back of the truck and had to use a ladder everywhere.
