Good day yesterday as I actually got the Alvis out onto the roads of Cheshire. Whilst it was a TR Register pub meeting they were all very complimentary about the old interloper ( and the car 🤣)

As some of you know this used to be my dads car that I have recently bought back

I stuck the go pro on despite the chilly misty weather, and ……..there was card reading error on the way out, but worked on the way back.

i may have to sort out another remote mic as the sound isn’t interesting but I guess better than some random YouTube permitted music.

but you get a feel for it I think.

it runs cool when moving - especially on a chilly day but the temps soon rise when in traffic or idling it is a 4.3 straight 6 after all ! but the fan and thermostats do their job.

the steering is very good despite the great number of links from the steering arm.
