TR4/4A Well this isn't good...

I spoke with the machine shop that did all the work. He said it doesn't look bad enough that if I just clean up the edges a little that it will be fine. So I'm planning to just take the minimum I can and put it back in. I highly doubt the amount of material I take off would have an affect on the engine balance. Will the weight be "slightly" different than the rest, sure. But I'm thinking so minimal, oh well. This isn't a Ferrari engine.
 

I read your post regarding the top of the block and am taking that into account. You should see the part around the thermostat housing. It's really bad. But I'm going to get those sleeves as close as I can and pray. HAHA Thanks for everyone's input!
