Hi Marv - It's making me pretty nervous as well right now. LOL.

I foresee the fenders going on and off a <span style="font-weight: bold">whole</span> bunch of times before this or the front valance are back in place.
 
I rebuild my TR4A using a TR6 inner rear end. At one point it looked just like the picture of your TR6 just now. We had to cut down the inner wings to fit the TR4 panels. It is amazing what can be done with a bit of careful measuring!
