Welded nuts for Bugeye seat frames

Penny is missing the welded nuts for the seat frames, and while were fixing the other body issues I'd like to reinstall them. 1/4" 28 (fine) nuts, correct?
 
Seat runner to the floor is 1/4" 28. Hint: Moss UK lists the size in its listings.
