hmmmmmmmmmmm...I've got a couple of old Rover blocks in a building...need to show Jerri that photo!

coffee table makes a great wine storage also and close at hand

I remember Rot and Truck featuring a table like that in their PS section using an F1 unit years ago, also had the wine bottles!

Mud-Bogging Mini or Little Big Foot?

"So, Jerri, look at this. I think it would look nice in the TV room."

" Oh, yeah!" As one eyebrow peaked upwards towards the ceiling. " That's horrible!"

"Where were you planning on putting it?"

"Right out here in front of the 2 love seats; like a coffee table."

"I thought you were kidding. You're serious, aren't you?"

"Well, yes."

"NO!"

OUCH!

'smits would LOVE that as a coffee table. I'd be the one complainin'.... ~I~ want the Cossie DFV one!!! No stinkin' BUICK in ~MY~ livin' room! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif

So, anybody need a couple of Buck blocks? hehehehe

Some nice (interesting) vehicles there... Here's an interesting Mini or two

#1

I may have shown this photo here before? It's a 1963 Mini that was written off in Ontario back in 1964, and then rebuilt into this unique mixer, last I heard it was being restored by a cement mixing company a little north of Toronto... And this is a photo I took...

This photo was forwarded to me at some point by someone (forget who), it's a Mini that was converted by CN Rail for track use, not sure if it was ever restored yet or not...

I have a 1275 that I'm dying to make into an end table, but I'm afraid an 800 pound end table is a little heavy for standard use. What do you figure that coffee table weighs and how would you ever move it on those hardwoods?

Oh, stripped Buick blocks are light...all that one has is a cam w/gears & 4 rods/pistons...bet its nowhere near the weight of the heavy piece of glass.

150~200 pounds MAX! I'd be stunned if the metal bits were over 125.

That Mini rail speeder is beyond cool. Too bad it was left for dead. Hope someone is restoring it.

Yes, but WHERE would you use it - sneak out late at night and find a quiet railway line /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif
