Of a pleasant nature, tho.

Journey to JAX NAS to attend First Niece's wedding to a Navy pilot. Party, party, PARTY!!

From my observation things haven't changed... even tho outnumber'd by Navy guys it was a VERY good time. Bunch of great kids we've got to defend the nation.

...and they can ~almost~ keep up with an old treacherous Air Force veteran. mehheh. Had to waylay one lad. Sniped his keys surreptitiously to keep 'im on base at four inna morning. Wine, beer and Champagne in copious quantities, many stories for their future.

And I'll have you lot know: these lads *LIKE* my choice o' CAB!

Groom received a small sword cut on his right calf, wax one pair o' Navy whites... otherwise the bloodshed was minimal too.

doc, that sounds like lotsah fun!, everyone made it home safe, you mentioned a sword cut onna grooms leg, i guess then tinster again had something to do with the reception arrangements?

Slight sidetrack, Doctor. I've never worked out what your preferred CAB is. I'm partial to a nice Pabst Blue Ribbon (in the proper brown bottles). The occasional Blatz when I can find it. You?

Started out to be A.B. "Natural Ice" but if I'd slip and have number three in an evening the next morning was umm.... a bit too "fluffy". :smirk:

Now it's the Natty light. Actually a 3.2 Michelob, "repackaged".

0400 comes quick. I sleep fast.

How'd the groom get cut? Bride's supposed to be whacked across the butt with groom's sword by his best man.....just to let her know....

Yeah, she got her "tap". But th' last guy in the line got a little sloppy.

With roots in PA I thought your choice of CAB was Rolling Rock Doc.

Not always available around here but when I see it, it's MINE!
