Weathered the front brake pads. *DELETED*

Winston, while you are this far into it, why not take off the calibers and the rotors and get them trued up and grease your front wheel bearings at the same time. If you just sand them with emery do it at the bottom of the rotor and wipe it off as you go along, save getting all that metal flake in the dust covers on the pistons. Wayne

I really woulden't reccomend trying to clean up a rotor by any other method than having them turned. most brake shops will turn them fairly cheap. And this will save you many problems with your new pads. Squealing, pulsations,and Without turning, the new pads will never bed in properly. Your brakes will still work ok but they could be better and last much longer. and take trrdster2000s advice and repack the bearings while you're there, It dosen't take much extra time, and it's definatly worth it.
Hey b.t.w. what's the cross refrence for the pads? They are probably the same on mine. Id love to know how to find them commonly being stocked.
