Weather Strip Clips

I am replacing the weather strips along the the door tops on my 74 Midget. The old clips were easy enough to remove but I think there must be a trick to installing the new strips and clips. Does anyone know a trick to doing this? Thanks in advance.

You really need a "J" hook tool to do this.
Looks like a screw driver bent into a J.

I found it very difficult to do even with new clips. Very hard.
