Would like to mount my water pump but the two studs are mising and I need to know the length to replace them, if anyone happens to know.

Thanks, Tinkerman

Don't know if you checked the spare parts catalog, but I found #56243, Stud, bearing housing attachment, Here;s TRF info:

56243 T24 STUD,WATER PUMP CUR L 0 $2.25

Hope that helps!

I have a '74 TR6. My waterpump studs are 5/16; fine
thread; 1 1/4 inches long. Don't know if that
helps. I found at Napa right sizes, but coarse thread
on one side, fine thread the other. I put the nut on
the coarse side. Cheaper. Faster.

Thanks fellows, I was doing some cleaning in my shop, yep I do that occasionally, and found a bag marked "water pump". Lo and behold I found the very studs I had asked you about! I will trot one of them down to the local, good, auto parts houses and see if they can't fix me up with some new ones. I'm with you 2Wrench, usually cheaper and a WHOLE lot faster.
