TR2/3/3A Water pump order of assembly '60 TR3A

When I originally put all of this together the radiator was not in the way. Now everything is in the way. My question is: gasket on the block first then the body, then the pump gasket and then the pump? Or should I mount the pump to the body externally and then the assembly to the block?
Does any of this make sense?
Thanks for the picture GEO and your right Randall those bolt holes are just slightly off, so that it can only go one way. Gad, those Brit engineers, I'm beginning to feel just slightly off!

Any how thanks for your comments on this one.

I don't recall that it matters; but I've always done it by the book, which says to install the housing first.
(Except that I use a stud instead of the "double duty" bolt.)
