TR2/3/3A Water Pump "Here I Go Again"

Thanks Randal. Good info in there. Now I got to figure out how to download it. Can i do it directly to a memory stick? Not much space left in my computer.
Well, maybe. It's over Google's size limit for virus scanning, which apparently blocks some people from downloading it.

You might try this link
https://drive.google.com/uc?export=download&confirm=wVpH&id=1g0idGZmPedmB3IQLuhMRmuG64S_AUNLF
which for me at least leads directly to a "Save File" prompt. I think you should be able to direct it to a memory stick from there. Size is about 265 Mb.

In case anyone was wondering what happened to my project everything went really well as far as the machining. First thing though I'm going to conclude is I would never recommend this pump ever to any TR3/4 owner. We did the machining of the key-way in the water pump shaft, made the collar for the broaching tool to cut the key-way in the bushing for the pulley. Which got pressed and glued in with a Lock Tight type product for bearing races. We honed the bushing too have a tight fit on the shaft and all was good until disaster hit. Upon fitting the pulley at home before installation I decided to hone it out a bit more and had to use a drift punch to knock the shaft out of the pulley. Well it popped out and highly hit the vise and cracked the impeller in half. I was done there and a few things flew across the shop. The casting on the impeller is so thin (maybe less the a 1/16") and week it only took a light bump to brake it. So I went to my Moss distributor and bought a new Gold original style pump 4 bladed and a used pulley. All is running now with no leaks but it was very noisy at first. Temperature is running a bit cooler the 185. More like 175. I was concerned on the temp of the 6 bladed pump that I replaced because it never came to full temp. About 180. So I have to check this out. My old one (30+ years old) ran spot on at 185 constantly. So I don't what could have happened.
