We went to the Riverview resturaunt in
Brattleboro,VT,yesterday,for lunch.Nice view
of the river & the bridge that crosses the
river.
While we were there,I saw two Healeys,
& an MGB drive by,heading into New Hampshire,
just accross the river.Anyone here?
A little further down the road I saw a
Bugeye heading the other way.And back in
Brattleboro,I saw a '73 MGB.
Nice roads & scenery up here.

Doug, I am located in the town of East Wallingford- it is about 20 minutes North of the town of Ludlow Vt, where Mt Okemo is located.

If you get this far North i can put you on some real nice roads..

My sister lives in Proctorsville, about three miles from Okemo. If I ever get the TR up that way, I'll be in touch. :driving:

I go thru there everyday on my way to work (white River Junction).

131 is a very nice LBC road

Possibly,... My neighbor and good friend will be there with his bright green 74 RWA "winnie the pooh" car. If i do go it will only be for the day, my car is not quite show car material.

Doug, we were in that area on the weekend of 6/6 and 6/7 and I remarked that I was surprised at seeing ~no~ LBC's. The place was lousy with motorcycles returning from a large event at Lake George (NY) and also with Studebakers(!) We saw about a dozen, including 2 Avantis, a Lark convertible, and a pickup. I presume there was a Stude meet somewhere.

The only British car we saw all weekend was our own. (Not an "LBC", but our Honda CR-V that was assembled in England). I guess you saw 'em all.

Americade was winding up that weekend i think. and the Studebakers were aat a meet at the Holiday inn in Rutland. I had one stop by the yard sale i was having on that weekend

I like to get down to the sunbelt states occasionally. (Actually, my new bride & I were headed to the Adirondacks)

I promise to get over to the lake and finally meet your buddy. Our butcher isn't far from him - I guarantee he goes to the same place.

For goin' on four generations now, methinks... he's a grandad now.

...where th' heck does time GO exactly?!?! Last week we were 25! I swear!

We went over the Boston area yesterday.Saw
a Black 120 Jag,& a White MGA.
Also stopped by & visited a guy who lives
South of Boston.More Cortinas (& Elans) than I've
seen in one place!
