I am looking for a fiberglass or original Sprite Bonnet. I would consider any type of fiberglass Speewell, Denner, etc... looking for a used one, we are building a project car for one of our brands and need to keep the costs down. Prefer one in the Los Angeles area but will drive for the right deal.

Spridgetmania has one, checked it out last weekend. Very light, but you will have to fabricate your mounts. Price isn't bad, just under $700.

Yeah I just missed a used Fiberglass one for $300 bucks.

Is this for the airport racer you are putting together? If so, have you considered bolting the fenders to the hood and either making a lift off or tilt forward hood? Not as unusual but very interesting.

That would be cool but I doubt it would save much weight.

Deleted!

Prior contact for my Spridget front end has reappeared and has indicated he will buy it from me.

Build a crate out of old pallets. it won't cost any more for weight cause you'll be paying for it already.

Looks like I found one, I'll post pics once it is home.
