Saw that after I posted but was not clear on if this is a special plate or just an upholstered plate with chrome trim and trunk emblem.
I have now learned that the BJ8 is the upholstered version and will get it from Moss

It has been a while but I believe it is crackle painted black and not upholstered. But mine is a Phase 1 and may be different. It has been many years since it was in the car as I installed a period radio (thanks, Greg).
