Walter Mitty vintage races at Road Atlanta.

Just got back from the Walter Mitty vintage races at Road Atlanta, the place was packed, I'd say about 400+ race cars, everything you could imagine from old cars like ours to GTP/LMP, Indy, F1, you name it , it was there. As always there alot more going on than just a race at the Mitty, lots to do in the infield, every kind of old cool street car you could ever think of, plenty of vendors selling and displaying cool stuff, I was there dispalying for Superlite wheels, I'm now doing all the East showing at events for Superlite wheels, lots of interest in the wheels, the weekend for us was a huge sucess, kinda cool getting paid to do what I normally would do for free

This would be a long pull for me and for those of us in the eastern US, it's an "early" event too...many of still getting our cars ready for the first event. But I'd love to run it someday.

For those of you who'd like to see what previous Mittys looked like, ~CLICK HERE~ (there are about 15 pages if you scroll down on this link).

But I have a ton of other vintage things I'm doing.....I'll be running the New Hampshire Vintage, the Mosport Vintage (planning, anyway), the Pittsburgh Vintage, the Watkins Glen/VRG Vintage and other races (maybe the Mid-Ohio SVRA event). I'll also be running some NASA races in my "modern" (Escort GT) racer.

Nial--

Glad to see that our paths will cross at Mosport and Beaverun.
