Well it sounds like VTR is really booking up with Activities, Triumphs, and enthusiasts!! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grouphug.gif

Caravan plans are now relatively fixed heading east. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/driving.gif

I-70 from Colorado to Kansas City MO on the 14th, then continued on I-70 to Dayton Ohio on the 15th, then to I-76 to Valley Forge on the 16th.

So far, 4 Triumphs will meet up in Dayton the evening of the 15th. Anyone want to meet up along I-70 the 14th (Denver to Kansas City), 15th (Kansas City to Dayton) or 16th (Dayton - Valley Forge)?

Just figure departure times are going to be about 8:00 am, then rough guess that mid day will be halfway between points give or take an hour or two.

We're ready and can't wait to get on the road! The TR8 is "finished" (are they ever?), but we've decided to trailer it, as a couple of Lucas gremlins have reared their ugly heads of late, and I really don't want to get stranded that far away from home. Plus, we'll have the truck available, should we find some goodies that we just can't live without, and if the wife wants a reprieve from car stuff, she can escape.

Anyone else coming along?

Man, I would love to make it. That would be my swan song but what an adventure. Just load up the trunk with a few tools and parts and take off Friday morning early. We are headed to the Catskills for a family (inlaw) reunion for a week and I keep singing, "Please Mister Custer, I don't want to go". Would love to drive to Valley Forge by myself, bring my title, and leave it there and fly home. Ya think I should go, Mickey???

Of course I think you should go! But what's all the hooey about leaving the car?

I told you it was for sale, what a great place to sell it. Or not.

Thought you'd moved past that notion.

But it is a pretty good place to sell - or at least plant the seed to sell.
