VTR 2009

It will be held in San Luis Obispo, California.

As I understand it the plan is to combine the VTR with the Triumphest, hence it will be in the Fall (that's when Triumphest occurs).

A featured guest will be John Macartney, former Standard/Triumph employee and author of an excellent book on the company and people who made these cars. He will be arriving in a Stag that is currently being prepared for him, having driven across the North American continent to get to the event.

Hi George,
You're correct. There will be more info available after NATC '09 and Triumphest '08.
At this point we're going to extend the normal Triumphest schedule by one day so as to incorporate the traditional VTR events. The pricing structure will be closer to Triumphest pricing and will include a short term VTR membership (event reg including VTR membership: $75). We want to keep the traditional laid back Triumphest feeling and format which is so popular and add the VTR National events. There will still be the Funcours, etc.
