The only MGB whose gauges I worked on was a '64 so it didn't have the stabilizer... so I can't tell you the exact spot to look. However, I can make a suggestion. If you can see under the dash and/or behind the gauges, find the back of the fuel gauge. One wire should be green/black. The other fuel gauge wire should be a shade of green. Follow that solid green wire back and it should terminate on the "I" terminal of the stabilizer.
If you order the tires from Tire Rack or similar, see if they have the tubes you need and buy them at the same time. When I last needed tubes for wire wheels (on our GT6) I spent the morning calling all over town looking for radial tubes for 13" wheels. I was lucky to find them.
Ray, you're welcome. It only took a couple of minutes to re-size and upload.
