Voltage Regulator

Can anyone please help me identify this? I have a Lucas box with an unused voltage regulator in it marked ONE RELAY 33234B
It looks like the V.R. I put on my MGA Roadster a while back, but I can't find any reference to it. Some guy told me it looks like it fits a XK120? Does anyone have a parts listing with this number? Thanks

HJR10, I tried to trace that number.Every time I come up with a "Relay". Look on the base plate on the regulator and see if there is a different number stamped there. It may be still a bit of a chore to identify because the old numbers have been collected into a limited set of NCB numbers. Also does the front cover say "RB-Something Made in England".---Keoke-?
