Anyone ever hear of a Volpe?
I never did either... neat little auto!

I think I saw a bunch of those attached to a kiddie ride at the county fair this year. Snicker snicker.......
Neat article. I had not heard of them either.

Kinda cute. Not as bad as this! The Peel. Surely wasn't designed for a 6 footer though!:highly_amused: Actually has a handle on the back to tote it around. PJ

Elliot, Did you notice this? Speed in a pea pod! Says it'll do 201 kilometers per hr! :highly_amused:
Go to the Volpe site and read about it. Reminds me of Burt Monroe. PJ

Forgot to add this,

Thanks Paul- Actually the Lambretta article is what drew me to the site and that's the first thing I looked at.
I just got back from doing some errands on my '63 Lambretta. Fifty years old and still running strong!

Aptly named as that's what they gonna have to do to "recover" you if involved in an accident. :highly_amused:

I think I know how to use it. You climb in and then someone lifts it all up and puts it into the tail-bed of a pick-up. Strap it down and you're safe.
