What is the best source to buy these seals and what size are required?

Viton is the brand name of the material, not the seals.

O-ring seals come in standard sizes. If you can find the size, say, by measuring an existing seal, you can get them anywhere. You want something like 60-70 durometer (a specification of elasticity).

I bought mine from Tom Bryant. This was a while ago; I'm not sure if he's still selling them. But his excellent blog posts about SU carburettor rebuilding are still up.
