Vinyl Dye

OK Russ, so where are the pictures?

I'm amazed that this thread is around this long. In the next few weeks I'll be dyeing some door panels for my TR8 to match the previous work shown above. Then I'll be ready for the tan leather Miata seats to go in it and the plaid stock seats will be out, with the matching door trims.

Hi Paul,

I`ve been trying to post a pic of "Bugeye" Int after I had dyed it.

My pics are all 800pixels or larger & won`t attach here. I really don`t like shrinking them as I can never get them back to their Orig. size.

Sorry,

Russ

Rather than try to get them back, I save the pictures under another name (usually the same name and the added word -small-) and then resize that. Just make sure you shrink the copy not the original.

If you are using Windows beyond XP, all you need to do is right click each (or do a batch by holding down the control key when you click) and select "resize" and pick the "medium" size. The original will remain intact exactly as it was and a copy that is smaller will appear with medium in it's name.
