Nice one!

There are some pretty entertaining videos of TR8's and 7 V8's on YouTube in rally action. Love to hear them wide open!

I've always throught that professional rally drivers might have the best car control of all the pro motor sports. One thing to go fast on a track, but on dirt? Oh man.















Unless you are in an Atro van, then you are just a ringer.
 
The fastest way around a corner in a TR8 is slideways. Because of the very short wheelbase and big torque, it always feels like your driving in the rain on the track. You just have to get used to steering with the gas pedal and the wheel. Not hard once you overcome the initial fear. I always thought a TR8 would be a great drift car. Good thing those ricer boys haven't learned about them yet, or there wouldn't be any left for us to beat on.
