Had the opportunity to go to the Vintage Mini races at Brainerd International Raceway in Brainerd, Minn. this Saturday. Was a lot of fun seeing 20+ vintage Mini's of various degrees of preparation buzzing around the track. Going to the East Meets West National meet in Winona on Tuesday.
 
Peter, are out taking the Traveler to the meet tomorrow? I'm headed up there too, but no Mini on the road yet. So I'll suffer through with the Z3. Hopefully I'll get a chance to bump into you. See you there!
 
David, no Traveller this year. I am not hard to find in a crowd, I am a foster parent to two wonderful african-american kids, a brother and a sister and I am the opposite.... :smile: Please say Hi if you see us! You've got a PM too.
 
Peter, sorry I missed you at the meet. I could only be there Tuesday and didn't check this forum before leaving. So I didn't get you cell# till I got back. At this point we're looking to get to the Historics at Road America and another race or two at Blackhawk Farms (as crew not driver). I'll let you know when we're headed and your welcome to join up with us there.

Thanks for being a foster parent. We need more people willing to help out and love the children of this world. My sister is in the process of trying to adopt a child that is in her foster care.
