You should know better! Vintage in the U.K means made before December 31st 1930, and the Seven that was around then was very different!

That is so true.....in a country where many houses were built before the USA even existed, "vintage" really means "vintage".
I was surprised to see the A30 referred to as an "Austin Seven A-30" in the ad: I had never heard that before.....but then, Minis are considered "7s" too.
