Gee, Isn't rocking in the lounge chair and pulling on the foot rest lever exercise? Those TV remote buttons are also hard to push while going from one ball game to another. Very strenuous! :devilgrin:

I didn't need any scientists to tell me this. The best taste ever is a cold beer after a long day's hiking. Coming down from a hike to 14k feet, tired and worn, to a cooler full of ice cold beer is one of life's true blessings.
 
"researchers say beer can help someone who is dehydrated retain liquid better than water"...............

I have not found that to be the case..................at least not for me. Maybe I'm not doing it right.
