Video of Laps at Waterford Hills.

Ahh...Full-Contact, Special-Ed Miatas.
Actually, they were pretty well behaved!

Anyway, looks like a great Sprite track!
Not as small as I thought and good runoff in most places.
You can get a pretty good head of steam on that gentle downhill section.

The twisty, "technical" sections are roughly like the Shenandoah Circuit at Summit Point. About the same distance and lap times too.

Looks like a nice little jewel!

We've got a nice, ~New Track~ being built in NJ. I just sent them a $5000 check to hold our proposed July date in '08.

It's a perfect small bore track, Nial. It's only a mile and a half, but there's either 13 or 14 turns, depending on how you count them.
Coming down off hilltop, I'd hit 4th in the Spit about halfway down that gentle slope, and carry full throttle all the way to the end of the straight. Usually bumping the rev limiter towards the end.
It's a hoot. The best part is it's only 14 miles from my door to my paddock spot! And 130 bucks for a race weekend entry.

Thanks for that Jeff, I have had so many friends over the years from the Motor City area that have cut thier road racing teeth at that place, and heard a kalzillion racing stories about WH, but never saw a lap around it. Looks like a tight technical track, yep for sure a great Spridget track. Thanks again for sharing.
