Thanks Chris. I've worn the paint off the wall under my desk where my feet normally rest. Great videos. Tom

Out of all my TRs...I don't ever recall one pulling that nicely over 6,000 rpms. I must have tuned the SUs incorrectly ;).

There is not much about a secret about my car:

Engine:
88mm bore
Weber carbs
310° camshaft
stock crank
light steel flywheel
Tilton titanium single plate clutch
aluminum pulley
phoenix head
Bastuck intake
45 or 48 webers....depending on the rules im running with. On these I run the 48 ones.
48 give better torque and top end power
compression 11.3:1 for 98 RON
stock valve diameter
Mahle forged pistons
Scat rods

Suspension:
4.5° camber on front
Bump steer corrected
420 front springs
red Konis
stock brakes with EBC yellow pads
sway bar

Rear:
stock leaf springs
stock lever shocks
sway bar
torque rods
LSD or welded....depending on the diff ratio
stock cast iron brake drums with stock brake shoes

Front suspension:

rear suspension stock:

Chris,

I thought you had a forged crank? And nice videos as usual.

Out of all my TRs...I don't ever recall one pulling that nicely over 6,000 rpms. I must have tuned the SUs incorrectly

There are a few doing that over 7000 :friendly_wink: . Get on a dyno! :encouragement:
