Video: "It's Alive!!!"

I trust Chuck knows what he's doing, but if there's a new cam in there, I'd double the cold idle speed and run it up and down through the rev range for a few minutes. You need to get the lifters spinnin' in their little bores, but I'm sure he knows that.

Sweet!!! I can't wait til I get to the point where the spit sounds off again. Gonna be a while for me though as I am doing it all myself with bits of help now and then from friends. Its amazing how few friends we have when the heavy, dirty work starts.
 
That’s great JB, I know EXACTLY how you feel. Started my car for the first time in over 20 years today. Thanks for the youtube link. I may have to make a video tomorrow if I can get the carbs tuned. It wouldn't be a "first breath" video though. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif
