Ive noticed they have pretty much every part i could need can i get some info on some other part suppliers for my '59 tr3. U.S would be nice.

So far I've had good luck with all of them (although I can't say if I've used Victoria British yet).

There are also some good reputable vendors on eBay, but as always, buyer beware. (so far I've not had any bad experience on eBay).

I've used all three, and all three are good in their own way. There IS a difference though - Victoria British is willing to sell you individual interior panels instead of having to buy a whole set. I suspect that this extends to other subsystems of the car, but I've only ordered a couple of panels.
 
for the amount of time and money your going to spend to get this car in reasonable shape, you May be better off finding a car in better condition!

yeah ive been told that before but its kinda got sentimental value my grand father built it from 2 and gave it to my dad for his college graduation. besides what else do i have to do.
 
And to tell you guys the truth it's not that bad mostly sheet metal. im not trying to make a show car out of it just want to be able to drive it. heck it gets better gas mileage then my ford ranger.

So in that case, I hope ya have lots of cash & asprin laying around!
 
I have replaced almost every part of my TR6.
I stopped buying from V/B years ago due to
defective parts.

I agree with Craig. Each have their virtues and some faults, but aim to please and stay in business. Get a catalog from the major parts supply houses. Each have a few unique items and many of the same items. One may have something in stock when the others are out. In any case the newer catalogs or filled with many exploded views of systems and are mini reference books. Also get a Haynes or Bentley workshop manual. These are now available on CD, but I prefer the paper version. The internet is a wonderful resource for gather parts, information and specialist in repair things on your car. An important thing to remember is that your TR3 was made of pieces that are repairable, not like most modern cars were replacement is the only option. Good luck and use this forum for support and encouragement.

Something to be aware of : Although I prefer to buy from TRF, they are a little strange in that they do not publish a full catalog for the TR3. Instead, to get full access to the zillions of parts they stock, you need to get a factory "Spare Parts Catalogue". Reprints are available new, but are kind of pricey. Or you can download a PDF version at
