Vera Bradley likes Bugeyes

The wife got a new brochure from Vera Bradley today.
They sell handbags and such for the ladies.
On the back cover is a rear shot of a Burgundy BE!
Some girls are loading their New Grand Traveler in Mocha
Rouge in the Bugeye.
And here I sit thinking the B was a chick's car.

I googled all I could think of on that one but didn't find a Bugeye.
Did find Karman Ghia, 50's Ford PU, Honda SUV, ~64 Tbird, VW van, VW beetle, Willys Jeepster, camper, bicycle.

No Bugeye, so how about a picture?

My Bugeye has a slight lean like the picture. Is that normal?

Guess I'll throw the magazine in with the other BE paraphernalia
in the buggers barn.
You don't see the BE in advertising so much these days.
Some things have a timeless style.
The Mk1 Sprite is one of those things. IMHO.
