I love humus. The real stuff on pita bread. Hmmmm, too long in Saudi I supose.
 
I love humus, and can make the real thing... but in my first couple of attempts, I had no access to tahini... so I substituted butter and mayo - icky, but I ate it anyway. I like to spice mine up with curry or just some ground habanero. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif
